New Tech Framing machines roll, cut and punch steel studs in a "C" shape profile to create components for the steel wall, trusses and joists you need.

Material: Coil steel is used to roll-form these standard "web" widths: 3.5,3.625,5.5,and 6.0 inches. Metric sizes and other profile widths can be built upon request.
Software: Archway's Steel Stud extension to MicroStation enables the designer to draw and detail walls, trusses and joists for steel stud components. When the drawing is complete with all component details the program then labels the parts per the drawing and exports the component information to the machine controller. The machine then roll-forms,punches and sheers each component part for your project.
Labeling: Each component is labeled with part number (as drawn), name of manufacturer and job, then it ready to be delivered or assembled. with all the screw holes located, plumbing, utility and hold-down holes punched the design becomes a simple erector set. This saves layout and assembly labor costs.
The Bottom Line: Job site assembly or panelization of wall, joist or truss systems cut costs by reducing labor and saving the material overruns on jobs.
